3. Hosting on GitHub Pages
This website is served via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data to GitHub's servers: your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or file, and your browser type and operating system (user agent). GitHub stores this data in server logs to maintain the security and integrity of the service. We have no access to these logs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure delivery of this website. GitHub also processes data in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR. See the GitHub privacy statement for details.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (including localStorage and sessionStorage). No analytics, advertising or tracking services are used. That is why there is no cookie banner: consent under Section 25 of the German TDDDG is only required when information is stored on or read from your device, which does not happen here.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, message content) to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to external services
This website links to external services, in particular GitHub, Discord and YouTube. Merely visiting this website transmits no data to these services; they are plain links, not embedded content. Only when you follow a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence or of the alleged infringement.
8. Status
This privacy policy is dated July 2026 and will be updated whenever the website or the legal situation changes.
